Noble W. Meek Funeral Monday Services for Noble W. Meek, 91, formerly of 3315 Second ave., will be at 2 p. m. Monday at the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints, 717 E. Twelfth st. Burial will be in Highland Mem- ory Gardens. Mr. Meek died of a heart attack Thursday at Albia, where he moved from Des Moines two years ago. Born near Newton, he had lived in Des Moines most of his life. Surviving are his widow, Mable; four sons, Lawrence of McCall, Ida., Percy L. of Malibu, Cal., & Frank and Victor, Des Moines, four daughters, Mrs. Vesta Rain- er, Albia, Mrs. Hazel Hunnicut and Mrs Verna Heviland, Wood- land Cal., and Mrs Ruth Olson, San Diego, Cal; 21 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Ollie Weeks, Grand Rapids, S. D. and a brother, Abraham, Bunker Hills, Cal. |
