On 28 Feb 1854 he was declared incometent on a petition by Kays and several other children. That order was recinded 27 Jun 1854. He signed a will 17 Aug 1854 in Marshall Co., MS. That will was annulled 1 Apr 1858. The will names a daughter, Harriett.
