He appeared on the 1820 and 1830 census of Lincoln Co., TN. He resided after 1833 in Marshall Co., MS. He appeared in the 1850 Marshall Co., MS census.
On 28 Feb 1854 he was declared incometent on a petition by Kays and several other children. That order was recinded 27 Jun 1854. He signed a will 17 Aug 1854 in Marshall Co., MS. That will was annulled 1 Apr 1858. The will names a daughter, Harriett.
