She was born 5 Mar 1858 in Iowa Co., IA. She died 26 Jul 1943 in Oklahoma City, OK. She is listed in the 1860 census of Iowa Co., IA with her parents.

Emma appears in the 1890 City Directory for Oklahoma City Directory as a Milliner. She is also listed in the 1893 business directory. Emma signed a homestead claim 19 Sep 1893 as a deserted wife. After applying for two leave of absences, on May 31, 1899, she relinquished her claim. Emma married (2) Hezekiah C. Greer. They are listed in the 1904 City Directory of Oklahoma City.
